NBA當前最強的隊伍金州勇士隊,最令人目瞪口呆的,就是全隊的速度與準確,尤其是在
控球後衛柯瑞的發動攻勢之下,勢如破竹、銳不可擋!
當柯瑞發動攻勢時,大家目不轉睛的是他的高空三分球的穿網得分、以及有如魔術師般的
神準妙傳,大家的眼球都是緊盯著球的。但是,對整形外科醫師來說,他們緊盯的不是柯
瑞手中的球,反而是柯瑞的膝!
根據統計,儘管,每位NBA球員的腳程與速度是不一樣的,但平均來說,大概是每分鐘移
動175步。按此一標準,金州勇士隊的控球後衛柯瑞,平均每場上場征戰34分鐘,換算下
來就是,柯瑞至少每場出賽要移動5950步。在這近6千個移步中,柯瑞主要都是在飛快跑
步,因而,在重力加速度之下,柯瑞的膝所承受的壓力是難以衡量的。
在整形外科醫師凱文史東眼中,柯瑞的膝是以三倍於其體重的壓力來承受的。以柯瑞的
185磅體重來算,他的每跑一步,就給他的下半部腰背、膝蓋和足裸大大的加壓550磅,這
應該不是誰都可以承受的「重中之重」。
更重要的是,史東醫師指出,柯瑞平均每場總要跳投20次以上,這對膝的壓力可就更大了
。所幸的是,柯瑞跳投後都是雙腳著地的,分攤了重壓,否則膝蓋所承受的壓力更大了。
史東醫師指出,「我們人體結構是很奇妙的。我們膝蓋關節的軟骨是可以承受這一巨大壓
力的」。除非膝蓋關節受傷了,否則的話,連跑帶跳的,也不至於會傷及膝蓋軟骨的。史
東進一步解釋說,「我們的膝蓋關節軟骨是由膠原質纖維與糖狀細胞間質組成,它在受壓
時,可以吸收與釋放出天然液體,比結冰的冰面還要光滑五倍,藉以潤滑關節。」關鍵在
於,膝蓋關節千萬不能受到外力之傷害,關節一旦受傷,它就無法正常運作了。
對柯瑞來說,保持膝蓋關節的健康是第一要務,這才是金州勇士全隊上下所要全力保護的
。
現在,大家應該知道柯爾教練、或是華頓代理教練在執掌兵符時,總是不忘要限制柯瑞的
上場時間的原因了吧。他們主要目的就是不想過度操勞了「柯瑞的膝」。
