前陣子經紀公司CAA宣佈中止和Zach Plesac的合約

CAA has terminated its relationship with Guardians pitcher Zach Plesac. That’s
a rarity for any agency. Plesac injured himself in successive seasons by aggress
ively taking off his shirt and punching the mound. In 2020 he was sent home for
violating Covid protocols.

就是Zach Plesac在9/12告知經紀人Ryan Hamill說想換經紀公司
之後在9/13晚上有談過，得出的結論是雙方要解約
而在9/14早上 Hamill就立馬通知球隊、球員工會
說CAA已經終止和Plesac的合約
並告知Plesac說這事應該已經快速的傳出去惹
Hamill told him that CAA was terminating the contract with the player, and that
the Guardians and the Players Association had been informed. Additionally, Plesa
c says, Hamill told him that word might spread quickly.
然後在一分鐘後，CAA終止和Plesac合作的推文就在推特上出現了
Plesac said he hung up the phone and realized that he was being set up -- "and o
ne minute later," his name popped up in a tweet that said that CAA had "terminat
ed its relationship" with the pitcher.
對此Plesac感到很不爽
認為這是Ryan Hamill故意要讓別人覺得他很糟(被經紀公司踢出去)
但其實是他先提出要離開的
Plesac believed that Hamill was behind the leak and the pejorative nature of the
tweet in an effort to make the pitcher look bad. He believes that Hamill was up
set that the pitcher was looking to leave, and took measures to make it difficul
t for him. Hamill indicated he was not the source of the tweet, nor was he aware
of how the reporter got the information.
Hamill則表示他不是這條推文的來源，也不知道記者是如何獲得訊息的
目前Zach Plesac是改簽給ACES agency
