A source told the Seattle Times' Geoff Baker that the
Mariners are looking to bolster their middle infield,
including a potential deal that could involve Yuniesky
Betancourt going to the Pirates in return for Jack Wilson.
Pittsburgh was reportedly shopping Wilson over the winter.
Wilson would be a big defensive upgrade over Betancourt.
