In the past calendar year he’s been one of the most coveted players on the
Nuggets roster. The Nuggets were offered a first-round pick for him last
year, but they declined.

interest in a trade. But Barton, a rapidly improving guard in the second year
of a three-year, $11 million contract, has no interest in leaving and has let
management know that.
