There are concerns that Tencent, the NBA's streaming partner in China, could
face business interruptions following an executive order signed by Donald
Trump last week.

有不少來自各方的專業人士指出︰「騰訊」—也就是在中華人民共和國獲得串流
轉播權的網路集團，有可能因為川普總統在上周簽署帶有禁止性質的行政命令，
而面臨阻斷收入來源的危機。

Tencent has a five-year, $1.5 billion deal to stream NBA games in China,
which was signed last China.

騰訊在去年才以15億美金的價碼，買進可以在中國網路轉播NBA球賽五年的權利。

The executive order claims Tencent’s WeChat app poses a threat to U.S. “
national security, foreign policy and economy of the United States” and
bans U.S. companies from doing business with it. It remains unclear if
Trump's executive order is narrowly tailored to WeChat or all of Tencent.

文章前段提到的「行政令」宣稱︰騰訊旗下的WeChat APP，已經對美國的國安、
外交政策與經濟發展造成威脅，也因此順帶禁止了美國企業使用此軟體進行商業
工作。不過，目前還沒確認川普的這份行政禁令，其效力會限於WeChat還是順帶
將騰訊的其他服務一起連坐。

The NBA says it has 1.4 million followers on Tencent’s WeChat, though that
pales in comparison to its 44 million followers on its Weibo.

NBA曾宣稱，在騰訊旗下的WeChat圈進了140萬追蹤者；不過擁有超過4千萬追蹤量
的「微博」相比，就顯得小巫見大巫了。

The NBA's relationship with China has been on shaky ground since Daryl
Morey's Tweet in support of Hong Kong.

事實上，早在去年火箭隊經理Daryl Morey在推特發表支持香港(民眾反抗政府)的
短文後，NBA與中共的關係就已經顯得不大平穩。

Adam Silver suggested in February the NBA’s business in China isn’t
permanently damaged, and he added the league accepts “the consequences of
our system and our values.”

不過，NBA主席Adam Silver在今年二月也曾經暗示—NBA在中共的事業版圖，並沒
有受到永久性的損害，並補充聯盟可以接受「因為自身的系統與價值觀」而導致
的結果。
