As head coach of the defending champion Golden State Warriors, Steve Kerr has
a bit more confidence in his team than most other coaches in the league. But
he just doesn’t believe in his All-Star quartet of Stephen Curry, Klay
Thompson, Kevin Durant and Draymond Green.

身為衛冕軍的總教練，Kerr比其他球隊的教頭有更大的自信心，而且他的信心來源不光只
是四巨頭：Curry、KT、KD和Green。

Kerr told Mark Medina of the Mercury News that he is cool with playing any of
his 15 guys on the roster in any situation.

Kerr說任何情況下15個名單他都可以運用自如。

“I’m comfortable with putting any one of the 15 guys on the floor at any
time,” Kerr said.

「任何時間派這15人當中誰上場，我都覺得很舒服。」

That statement is a likely a bit of an exaggeration from Steve Kerr, who
probably won’t play someone like second-year center Damian Jones crunch time
minutes in a playoff game. But Kerr likely has at least some confidence in
all of his players and he’s likely attempting to empower them through that
quote.

雖然感覺有點誇大，但Kerr起碼對他的球員擁有些信心而且企圖用這些信心給這些球員灌
注力量。

It also speaks to the overall depth and quality of his team as a whole that he
’s willing to place as much confidence in his team as he does.

這也表示球隊的陣容跟深度讓他充滿無比的自信。

Andre Iguodala, Shaun Livingston, and David West are ever-reliable veterans
who rarely need to be told what to do. Patrick McCaw was surprisingly
effective as a rookie. Even JaVale McGee had his moments last year. And this
year, they added another savvy veteran in Omri Casspi, who could eventually
become a regular rotation player.

不管是小AI、Livingston還是大衛西，都早已是不太需要人家跟他說甚麼的老經驗球員，
Patric MaCaw在去年菜鳥季也表現得非常高效率，就算是McGee也有十分傑出的時刻，而
今年又多了一位可以成為輪轉陣容的即戰力老鳥Casspi。

Kerr has used that impressive depth to make the Warriors such a juggernaut
over the last few years, and he’ll likely utilize it again for their
upcoming championship defense this season.

Kerr用一套非常有深度的陣容令勇士在近幾年成為NBA的龍頭，而且在今年球季也能再次運
用他們捍衛勇士的冠軍。
