如果這裡面提到的email內容屬實，
那JoePa早就知情而且主導學校高層把向外舉報Sandusky壓下來

當學校VP，AD Director跟football HC一起涉入長達14年的cover-up，
而整個案件又是發生在學校football facilty裡的時候，
現在網路一片聲浪要求NCAA對Penn State的football program處以death penalty
