1. Before the kicker approaches the ball and until the ball is kicked
At least five players of the kicking team must be on each side of the ball.
At least two players must be lined up outside the yard-line number, and two
players between the inbounds lines and the yard-line number
換句話踢球員兩側各站五個人，其中至少兩名球員要在碼數號碼的外側，
另外要有兩名球員站在inbound lines(虛線)與號碼中間。
所以嚴格來說不是因為那名球員站在虛線內
而是因為虛線跟號碼中間少於兩人。
這真的不抓我不知道XDDD Orz))
