Cesc Fabregasas agreed a three-year deal to joinonacohis summer when hishelseaontract runs out, according toky sources.

Fabregas wants to move to Monaco now andhelsea head coach Maurizio Sarri said on Monday he should leave Stamford Bridge.

Butky Sports Newsnderstands Chelseairectorarina Granovskaia is blocking the deal. She has said Fabregas can go as soon as a replacement has been found.

Chelsea are close to deals for Cagliari midfielder Nicolo Barella and Zenit St Petersburgidfieldereandro Paredes and expectne of them to be completed this week.
