Rondo 回應Wade、Butler昨天的賽後評論 - NBA

昨天公牛隊在主場輸給老鷹隊之後

兩位主將Dwyane Wade和Jimmy Butler賽後接受訪問都很不滿

不僅批評球隊缺乏求勝心，而且Wade特別對於陣中年輕球員的態度感到相當不悅

有傳聞指出，他們是針對 Mirotic 以及 Michael Carter-Williams

My vets would never go to the media. They would come to the team. My vets
didn't pick and choose when they wanted to bring it. They brought it every
time they stepped in the gym whether it was practice or a game. They didn't
take days off. My vets didn't care about their numbers. My vets played for
the team. When we lost, they wouldn't blame us. They took responsibility and
got in the gym. They showed the young guys what it meant to work. Even in
Boston when we had the best record in the league, if we lost a game, you
could hear a pin drop on the bus. They showed us the seriousness of the game.
My vets didn't have an influence on the coaching staff. They couldn't change
the plan because it didn't work for them. I played under one of the greatest
coaches, and he held everyone accountable. It takes 1-15 to win. When you
isolate everyone, you can't win consistently. I may be a lot of things, but
I'm not a bad teammate. My goal is to pass what I learned along. The young
guys work. They show up. They don't deserve blame. If anything is questionable,
it's the leadership.

無論是否有練習或者比賽都會現身球場，沒有一天是在休息的

不去在意帳面上的數據多少，只為了球隊而戰，他們以身作則更是年輕球員們的典範

也提到當時效力的總教練Doc Rivers能讓球隊的每個人都能負起責任

另外，Rondo表示過去可能發生過了不少事情，但他並非是是一個不好的隊友

他也強調年輕球員們不應該遭受責備

如果球隊有出現任何問題，那麼領導者就必須要扛起責任
