很遺憾的,LaVine剩餘賽季確定報銷。
然後又是ACL,我們看過很多torn ACL的例子,例如:D.Rose , I.shumpert, J.Parker,
B.DAVIS。
從上述有些球員可以看得出來,許多是爆發力見長,或是跳跳人等級的,我們常聽到一句話,"跳得愈高,摔得愈重",是不是跳愈高跑愈快的球員們膝蓋出問題的機會會隨之增加呢?我想答案是肯定的。
然而,我認為跟落地技巧有相當大的關係,有的球員強如威少,生化人稱號我想沒人會質疑,雖然膝蓋還是有傷過,但那次真的很無辜,兇手是誰,好像是火箭後場大鎖吧(誤
威少他不論是灌籃或是上籃落地時,常有一個保護自己的機制,我稱它為碎步,在高速高強度落地時,不強加壓力在膝蓋上,而是採用碎步將壓力分散,況且,如何善用臀部去接受落地壓力也是一門學問,太依賴膝蓋去受力傷害勢必只是遲早的事情。
又或者,許多球員當腳在一個很尷尬的位置時,不會硬是讓自己站起來,而是順勢將衝力方向而倒,這樣絕對會減少傷害機會,前提是籃下要淨空,我覺得現今NBA籃下的席位還是離場內太近,多少球員撞記者或攝影機然而產生悲劇發生,更不用提PG撞藍架骨折,這絕對是聯盟需要正視的問題,你給一個球員放心撲倒的空間,而不是球員還要設法閃過座椅像過500障礙般,當然,這一切沒這麼簡單,其中太多困難需要解決。
再來,許多人的觀點我贊同,休息不足必定也是傷害原因之一,當妳快扭到時,100%體力時或許可以把不好角度扭轉回去,但如果剩下10%時,我想可能回不去了。
若是腳踝有舊傷,也可能是引發傷害的因素,畢竟籃球運動是踝膝髖三者連動,打球腳踝一定會有傷,如果復健不全,休息時間太少過度操勞,我想最後惡魔一定會敲門。
