Pro-direct結賬問題 - 足球

想請問有在pro-direct買過東西的各位
會收到確認訂單的email嗎?
我找不到任何地方可以申請帳號 訂購之後也沒收到任何資料
已經寫信去問客服了 還沒收到任何回覆... 這樣正常嗎?
