Pat Riley希望Wade留下:讓我們一起奮鬥 - NBA

幫忙補充一個薪資制度上的概念。



根據勞資協議(Collective Bargaining Agreement，簡寫為CBA)。

底薪(minimum salary)依年資的不同有不同的金額，比方說：

沒打過NBA的(年資0)：0.84M
1年年資的：1.35M
2年年資的：1.51M
3年年資的：1.57M
以此類推，最大為「10年或以上」，每年為文中所寫的2.4M(240萬美元)

但是！

這個但是很重要。

計算豪華稅的時候，對於底薪老將是以「兩年年資的底薪」計算(非帳面薪資)。
因此，實際在計算豪華稅時，如果用底薪簽下Wade，會是以1.51M計算。

對於已經超過豪華稅門檻的熱火隊來說，薪資可以省下2.9M，
但這部份稅金是2.5倍，以底薪與中產相差3.8M計算，可以再省下9.5M稅金，
加上薪資，總共可以大約省下12.4M。

這也是為什麼Pat Riley不肯動用中產階級條款去簽的主因，
差距不是5.3-2.4=2.9M，是12.4M。



以上是制度的部份，但就我個人的心得來說，Wade絕對值這個12.4M。
