Nuggets waive G Jameer Nelson.

This move has been expected since Monday with the Nuggets adding Richard
Jefferson. Nelson will clear waivers on Friday and he will likely sign with
another team after a strong finish to last season. With him gone, this means
Emmanuel Mudiay and Jamal Murray will have secure minutes at the point and
could even play some shooting guard.
