Nebelhorn Trophy - 花式滑冰 Figure Skating

根據ISU NEBELHORN-TROPHY 2009

該項比賽發出的聲明/邀請 函裡面有說明
Participation in the Nebelhorn–Trophy is open to all competitors who belong
to an ISU Member, Rule 109, paragraph 1, and qualify with regard to eligibility,
according to Rule 102, provided their ages fall within the limits specified in Rule 108,
paragraph 2. b) and they meet the participation, citizenship and residency requirements in Rule
109, paragraphs 1 through 5 and ISU Communication 1420.
Passports of the skaters, as well as the ISU Clearance Certificate, if
applicable, must be presented at the accreditation.

簡單一句話就是說 NEBELHORN-TROPHY 只要是ISU登記有案資格符合年齡符合的任何選手
都可以參加這個比賽
(為了那堆參照來參照去的章程我再度翻PDF翻到頭昏)

而根據 ISU 2008年6月 所召開的第52屆常會 所訂定的以下特別章程

SINGLE & PAIR SKATING and ICE DANCE 2008

有特別為了冬奧訂了一個
Rule. 400
Entries to the Olympic Winter Games

也就是2010年冬奧的參賽資格章程
其中第四點說到

4. The remaining open entries available will be filled by Members in order of
their placements at a Senior International Competition designated by the ISU
and conducted in the autumn of the calendar year immediately preceding the
Olympic Winter Games. The open entries are available only to those Members
who have not previously earned an entry and only one entry per Member may be
earned.

對於剩下的開放名額，將在冬奧前一年的秋天舉辦的一場國際賽中，作資格認定
而恰巧 今年在德國舉辦的NEBELHORN-TROPHY 國際賽就剛好被選定成為補滿冬奧參賽權的
資格賽


也就是說
只要你開心 資格符合 人人都可以來參賽
而那些要補滿冬奧參賽資格的人 也用這次比賽來認定他的資格

比如說美國Alissa Czisny有參賽 但是因為美國已經拿到冬奧參賽權
就算最後Alissa拿了第一名 她也就只是得到這個盃賽的冠軍還有紀錄而已

又比如說匈牙利的 Julia Sebestyen 有參賽 而匈牙利也還沒有拿到參賽權
假設比賽總名次Julia拿到第七名
但只要在剔除那些已經獲得參賽權的國家選手之後
Julia的名次可以排在前6 她依然獲得冬奧參賽資格
