Unheralded Taiwanese player Lu Yen-Hsun shocked 10th seed David Nalbandian in
the Australian Open second round today for the biggest win of his career.

沒料到，台灣球員盧彥勳今天在澳網第二輪以他生涯最大勝利讓第十種
子David Nalbandian震驚。

The 25-year-old Lu, who has never been past the second round of a Grand Slam
tournament in 12 previous attempts, thumped the Argentinean 6-4, 5-7, 4-6,
6-4 6-2 in three hours 55 minutes.

25歲的盧，過去12次從來沒有通過大滿貫第二輪，在3小時55分的比賽中以
6-4, 5-7, 4-6, 6-4, 6-2打敗阿根廷人。

Lu broke Nalbandian once in the first set to take an unlikely lead but looked
to have blown his chance when the 10th seed took the next two sets to go
ahead 2-1.

盧在第一盤破發並且取得不太牢靠的領先，但是當第十種子取得下兩盤勝利以
2-1領先時，看來盧失去他的機會。

However Lu, ranked 61 in the world, came back to grab the fourth set then
broke Nalbandian at the start of the fifth.

然而排名61的盧回復狀態並取得第四盤，接著在第五盤一開始破了Nalbandian
發球局。

The Argentinean, a renowned five-set specialist, tried to come back at Lu but
found himself 2-5 down and desperate to stay in the match.

阿根廷人，有名的五盤專家，試著回復狀態但是發現他自己2-5落後並且絕
望的設法繼續比賽。

He saved one match point at 30-40 and then had five attempts to break back
and put Lu under pressure, only to be undone by some high class first serves
from the Asian number two.

Lu had another match point and claimed victory with a forehand volley into
the open court.

盧有另一個賽末點並且以正手截擊到場中空檔取得勝利。

"Maybe tonight I won’t be able to sleep," he said.

"或許今晚我無法入睡"，他說。

"This is the first time I’ve beaten a top 10 player, and it’s in a Grand
Slam."

"這是第一次我在大滿貫打敗前十選手。"

Lu said he had struggled as the match wore on but had been buoyed by the
support from the crowd, many of whom were from Taiwan.

盧說在比賽中掙扎但是觀眾的鼓勵支持著他，很多人是從台灣來。

"It was really tough out there for me today," he said.

"今天對我的確很艱難，"他說。

"There are a lot of fans here from Taiwan and they really supported me and
helped me get through."

"現場有很多從台灣來的球迷，他們非常支持我並幫我撐過。"

The loss marks Nalbandian’s worst performance at the Australian Open since
he exited at the same stage in his fist visit to Melbourne in 2002.

這次輸球標誌著Nalbandian自2002年(當年一樣二輪淘汰)參加以來
澳網最糟表現。
