Morey said he expects Carmelo Anthony to be back in the rotation when
healthy. Said "we're evaluating everything." Said that applies to everyone.
Morey said reports Anthony has been informed he will be released are
inaccurate.
Morey said he chose to be available because he thought singling out Anthony
was unfair. Asked if there had been talks with Anthony said there have been
with many players on a 4-7 team.
D'Antoni did suggest minutes for Melo would be more difficult to come by and
that Morey has looked at that. “I know, like Daryl said, they’re exploring
all options. With everybody coming back, it squeezes some things, and then we
’ll see how it goes
