Sources say the Mariners have agreed to a one year deal with right handed
reliever Mark Lowe worth $1.15 million. They avoid arbitration hearings with
the deal.
Again, this seems like a good deal for both sides.
Assuming the Felix Hernandez deal is done, the Mariners still have three
players who are arbitration eligible: Casey Kotchman, Brandon League, and
David Aardsma.
