Bell on the trading block all day Tuesday, but there were unsurprisingly no
takers.
The Jets signed Bell to a four-year, $52 million contract after he held out
of the 2018 season and now have $15 million in dead cap following his
release. He averaged 3.3 yards per carry in New York. Bad teams stay bad.
