哈囉,想求救一下
之前在k站買東西未到,那邊有送退貨表格來給我填寫,有照版上大大的發文填寫
但之後他寄了一封信給我:

Unfortunately the refund for order RE-8369930 has failed please contact customer services for further Information

請問一下,他都發退費信給我了,地址也確認了,但還說這樣,該怎麼辦...
打電話過去,聽到英國腔的英文,有些聽不懂...
