Kim Clijsters d. Michaella Krajicek in Rosmalen - 網球 Tennis

Because of the rain in Rosmalen Kim had to wait for five hours before she
could start her exhibition match against Michaëlla Krajicek. The match
itself only lasted an hour. Kim beat Krajicek 6-1 and 6-3.

這場表演賽因雨延後了五小時才開打，KIM花了一個小時就以6-1 6-3解決掉KRAJICEK

The continuous rain made the grass courts in Rosmalen not ready for use. The
show duel between Kim and Krajicek (WTA 126) would start at 11am, but
eventually only got going by 4pm.

本來十一點要開打但是下雨草地球場無法馬上使用，所以延至四點開打

When the players entered the court, Kim did not waste any time. After 25
minutes Kim had won the first set with 6-1. The second set the pair was
slightly more matched, but still it was Kim who made it after 40 minutes with
6-3.

KIM一站到球場上只花了25分鐘解決掉第一盤，第二盤則是40分鐘

Last month Kim had started her comeback at Wimbledon. Along the Brit Tim
Henman she then beat the pair Steffi Graf and Andre Agassi and later on also
beat Graf in a singles. The matches were her first competition after a two
year break.

上個月KIM在溫布頓首次復出亮相，與HENMAN配雙打在表演賽擊敗阿格西與女皇
，隨後又在單打再度擊敗女皇，這是睽違兩年後的首場比賽

On 21 and 22 July Kim will take part in two more matches Kim in Saint Louis
and Philadelphia for the WorldTeam Tennis Pro League, with the Saint Louis
Aces. From 10 August the real work starts for the 26-year old Belgian, first
with the WTA tournament of Cincinnati, and Toronto next (from 17 August).
Subsequently Kim will be playing in the US Open in New York (from 31 August).

七月21 22，KIM會在美國替SAINT LOUIS ACES打WTT賽。不過八月十日起考驗才真正開始，
第一個WTA巡迴賽將是辛辛那提女網賽，然後是多倫多。緊接著就是首個大滿貫USO。



KIM: 'THIS VICTORY REALLY MAKES ME HAPPY'

Kim Clijsters: 'Should I keep playing like I did in this match, I'll be fine,
I think.'
Kim was very satisfied with her performance in Rosmalen. "This victory really
makes me happy. I have been training for a while now and it does suit me to
be playing a relatively official match close to home, especially in Rosmalen
(where she took the 2003 title, ed.). It is not that far and love playing in
grass. Should I keep playing like I did in this match, I'll be fine, I think.
I don't know, I just try and do my best."

了一段時間，而且在離家不遠的ROSMALEN打球也很方便(KIM在03年在此奪冠)。我喜歡打

Michaella Krajicek did not stand a chance in the demonstration match, but was
able to recover in the main tournament. "Luckily Kim is not part of the
contenders there", the Dutch player joked. "She was really strong in this
match and I was honoured to be playing the former number 1 of the world."

KRAJICEK在表演賽中一點機會也沒有，不過在正賽裡到是能及時回復狀態。
"幸好KIM沒有打正賽，她漢草真的很優阿!我很榮幸能夠和前一姐打球。"

個人很看好KIM在美網至少殺進八強，能奪冠當然最好，她還是有一定的殺傷力的。
以她的實力，她實在是不佩只當一貫王(后)。
