大家都知道前陣子雷帝(KD, Lady)被喳喳一個move弄傷了膝蓋,幫QQ
而勇士近十戰也只打出了五勝五負的糟糕戰績,反觀KD離開的舒適圈在沒有他的情況下依
舊打出了>>>>五成勝率的戰績,果然舒適。
好啦今天是來酸勇勇的,不是,今天是來借KD的傷勢讓大家了解自己的膝蓋,以及讓大家
有機會能預防運動傷害的。

這是我們人類膝蓋的側面觀,在影片當中我們可以看到喳喳倒地之後,直接撞擊到了KD的
脛骨,造成了一個膝關節過度伸直(knee hyper-extension)的動作。

至於膝關節過度伸直會發生甚麼事情呢?

這是我們膝蓋裡面的軟組織,右邊是內側,左邊是外側。
其實當膝關節過度伸直發生時,通常會是後十字韌帶受力最大;然而這次KD受撞擊的角度
跟站姿,我們不能排除前十字韌帶(Anterior cruciate ligament, ACL)有可能斷裂,再
來才是內側副韌帶(medial collateral ligament, MCL)以及內側的半月板(medial
meniscus),以上這三者常常被合稱為ACL以及他的不快樂夥伴(unhappy triad),因為他
們常常一起壞掉。
對KD來說,值得慶幸的是ACL並沒有受傷(如果報告沒嘴砲的話),因為根據芝加哥骨科和
運動醫學名醫Dr. John Brna的說法,對運動員來說,ACL是沒有所謂的部分斷裂
(partial tear)的,因為當ACL受傷,整個生物力學都會改變,這樣的ACL並沒有辦法應付
高強度的運動競技,所以一定要接受手術。
不過我今天其實重點並不想放在MCL怎麼受傷的,因為膝蓋被折成那樣,每個人都知道韌
帶有可能受傷。
所以今天我的重點比較想放在為什麼離開舒適圈的KD為什麼膝蓋會被折成那樣。
或是這樣的運動傷害有可能避免嗎?

這是撞擊瞬間的截圖。
我們可以看到不舒適的KD正專心的注意球的動向,完全沒有注意到喳喳壞壞。
如果這時喳喳撞到的是他的右膝,也許傷害並不會發生。

我們可以看到KD在這瞬間左腳因為鞋子的摩擦力所以是被釘在地上的,而髖關節也明顯是
在發力或是緊繃的狀態,也就是說沒有一個關節能做出代償的動作抵銷掉膝蓋的受力。
如果是撞到右膝,右腳明顯已經準備離開地板,在撞擊的瞬間可以抬離地面,讓膝關節過
度伸直的狀態解除,那運動傷害也許不會發生。
在下肢的傷害(或是運動)中,我們的腳踝、膝蓋以及髖關節,永遠是一起作用的,在KD這
個case中,由於腳踝已經被鞋子的摩擦力釘在地上,唯一能拯救他的,只能是他的髖關節
了。如果在撞擊的瞬間,他的髖關節可以做出屈曲(flexion)並且順勢往後倒的話,這樣
撞擊的力量也許就能夠被抵銷。

但是如果我們很仔細看影片的話,我們會發現KD的髖關節在被撞擊的瞬間幾乎是紋風不動
的,也許是來不及反應,但以我們的觀點來說,我們會懷疑KD的髖關節也許柔軟度是有些
問題的。
OK,由上述的動作分析我們可以發現一件事情—KD的髖關節可能有些緊繃。
也就是說,在他的復健中,我們不能只完全專注在他的MCL傷勢,還有另外一個重點項目
就是要確定他的髖關節是強壯而柔軟的,如果不是,那麼KD將不能馬上回到球場,不然其
他的傷勢一定會出現。
我相信他的髖關節檢查之後應該會有些問題,不然其實這種傷害不該這麼容易發生。
頂級運動員的身體應該能馬上做出反應,避免自己傷害。
