Arizona State coach Herb Sendek could be on the verge of a coaching coup. He
lost two assistants this month when Scott Pera left for Penn and Lamont Smith
departed for rival Washington.

亞利桑那州大（ASU）教練Herb Sendek正面臨教職不保的危機，因為他上個球季旗下的
兩名助教，都在這個月轉換跑道。其中，Scott Pera是跳到賓大，而Lamont Smith的
新東家華盛頓，剛好與ASU有同區的競爭關係。

Multiple sources said that Sendek has had serious conversations with L.A.
D-Fenders head coach Eric Musselman.

很多消息源都指出：Sendek最近正與發展聯盟洛城D-Fenders的教頭Eric Musselman
對助教職務的空缺，有不少正式的討論。

The Sun Devils, who finished 6-12 in the Pac-12 and 10-21 overall, get high-
profile Jahii Carson back after he sat out last season.

太陽魔鬼隊（ASU暱稱，簡稱陽魔）上季在Pac-12聯盟只拿6勝，總成績也只有10勝，
今年最大的利多，就是高潛力後衛Jahii Carson經過停賽一年後，終於要歸隊上場。

Musselman was a head coach with Golden State and Sacramento and an assistant
with Minnesota, Orlando and Atlanta and also the head coach of the Venezuelan
National Team.

Musselman曾經當過勇士與國王兩隊的總教練，而他之前也曾經在灰狼、魔術、老鷹
擔任助教，他目前的另一個身分，則是委內瑞拉國家隊教練。

The Sun Devils need all the help they can get to climb in the Pac-12 and
addinga teacher like Musselman will only help speed up the process.

陽魔隊伍目前亟需任何能提昇他們在Pac-12聯盟地位的人事物，而有了像Musselman
這樣經驗豐富的老師，的確可以讓此目標達成的時間變得更快。

心得：肌肉人在國王執教時，由於終結了國王連續進入季後賽的紀錄，
因此被球評（當地記者）與球迷罵得很慘。
不過，今年他帶D-Fenders時，不僅率領球隊打到第一種子，
球隊也在季後賽一路威到冠軍賽（雖然決賽可惜地輸球了），
這應該多少洗刷了他在國王的污名。

在這恭喜他成功轉換跑道。不過，你們認為在經過磨練後，
肌肉人適合現在就重回NBA這個殘酷舞台嗎？
