Rick Carlisle has used the same starting lineup in all three Pacer games
this season, but if they continue to struggle defensively, Danny Granger
may be dropped from the starting rotation.
The Pacers are 2-1, but the wins came against Charlotte and the Knicks. If
Granger doesn't start focusing on the D, Jeff Foster will likely start at
center, moving Al Harrington to a natural forward position and sending
Granger to the bench. There's no need to panic on Granger just yet, but if
there's someone on waivers you're dying to get, Granger is probably droppable
at this point.
