前言:
在一次看教練訓練選手時,看到有這東西,
借來用用,覺得很有趣,就買來玩玩看
優點介紹:
1.提升身體整體的協調性
2.強化核心肌群
3.增加水感
4.極大化每一划水動作的跨距

使用心得:
戴上這個後,划水感覺是完全踩空的感覺,
水流會順著水感器拂過,讓你感覺完全沒抓到水,
算是跟划手板完全相反的感覺;
一開始用的時候,戴上這個速度會完全降下來,
就算努力划也差不多XDDDD,不過個人戴上這個划400M後,
改變划水及其他身體動作,
將動作做到好,感覺會變順,
不然一戴上這個,其實只有吃水啦…
這個的話,其實在脫下時,
才會感覺效用所在,可以抓到滿滿的水XD
跟划手板相比的話,划手板戴上是可以,但需多耗力氣,
但這是用自身的原有力氣再下去划,所以疲憊感不會比划手板重
代理商沒寫到的優點,
其實還有改善前導手下沉的問題,
因為這個是有浮性的,所以前導手一直會保持在近於水面;
個人覺得手推到底的問題,也是有改善
