EOE (Essence of Evolution)
是蘇東成老師，以近五十年的武術戰鬥經驗，整理出的武術知識與訓練系統。
它不是新創定型姿勢與套路程序的門派，
不以任何宗師的言論為依據，而是以武術戰鬥為主體，
在確認現象、分析戰術之後，演繹戰術與技術的思維方法，
武術都需建構足夠的格鬥能力，但並非追求競技的極限表現，
而是進而自證自覺，開展適合個人可能性的進化能力。
