Dubai 07 - FANTASTIC FOUR

Henin is a winner. Justine marked her return to Dubai in high style by
defeating rival, and form player of the month, Amelie Mauresmo 6-4 7-5 on
Saturday night. It's fantastic Dubai trophy number four and extends her
record at this event to a sweet 16-0. This is only Justine's second
tournament of the year. Next up for Justine is the Qatar Total Open in Doha.

"I like being here and I promise to come back and make it five titles next
year."

Justine emerged on Saturday, with courage built from the brink of elimination
in her first match on Wednesday, and faced off against dangerous dagger
carrying Francophone rival Amelie Mauresmo. The #2 seed flew directly from
victory in Antwerp on a wildcard to fulfill missing WTA stars in the draw,
maintain winning momentum, and dethrone Justine as desert queen. But it was
the Belgian who was victories, much to the delighted Dubai locals seeing the
visiting heroine hoist their prized trophy once more.

Justine started the set with lightening speed, the first time this week in a
match, and subdued Amelie with heavy artillary baseline rallies to a quick
4-1. Flashy one handed backhands were on fire for both players, but Justine's
returned shots were harder, heavier, and better than Mauresmo's. The French
player was pushed backwards, and replied with errors. Mauresmo came forward
to climb back into the match at 4-3, but Justine's high octane returns were
too much to hold off on service games. Justine won the first set 6-4.

The second set was filled with quality displays of modern classical all court
tennis, the generations' cutting edge best in the women's game. Great serves,
and superb hitting from both players tied things up at 5-5. Justine's ninja
down the line passing shots were ruthless, and broke through Mauresmo's stern
service game to set-up the big moment; to serve for the match. Game, set, and
match for Justine 6-4 7-5.

Final Score 6-4 7-5 in 1 hour and 43 minutes
