Papy Djilobodji has today signed for Sunderland in a permanent transfer.

The 27-year-old defender moves to the North-East after a season at Chelsea.
He spent the second half of the campaign on loan at Werder Bremen,
guaranteeing their survival with a dramatic late winner on the final day.
The Senegalese featured in our first two pre-season games this summer and now
remains in the Premier League with David Moyes’s side.
