Steph Curry was named the Western Conference captain for the 2018 All-Star
Game. That means, in the NBA’s new format, he’ll get to select his
teammates, though Eastern Conference captain LeBron James gets the first
pick, since he got the most fan votes.

咖哩被選為2018年明星隊西區的隊長，這表示在票選第一的東區隊長LBJ選了第一個之後
，他就要動手選自己的隊友了。

The All-Star draft won’t be televised, but the Warriors star told reporters
that he plans to pick his teammate Kevin Durant first so long as James doesn’
t take him. However, aside from Durant, Curry said he’d like to play with
the Bucks’ Giannis Antetokounmpo and gave a humorous reason to explain why

明星賽隊長選隊友並不會透過電視轉播，但是咖哩告訴記者，只要LBJ第一順位沒有選KD
，他就會挑KD，除此以外，咖里也幽默地表示他想要選字母哥當隊友。


Curry said:

“Giannis, he dunked on me last year. Maybe I’ll have to get him on my team
so that don’t happen again.”

咖哩說：「老天，他去年在我頭上灌過籃耶！所以我必須選他，才能避免這件事再發生一
次！」

He continued, more seriously:

“But there are certain guys you see from afar, you play against them a
couple times a year. Maybe a different appreciation if they’re on your team
as well just for that little 48-minute showcase. I guess the idea of that
will manifest itself through the whole roster that we get to put together.”

接著他更鄭重地說：「但有些傢伙你向來只能遠觀、一年跟他們在對上個幾次，也許可以
在明星賽的48分鐘裡換個口味，我猜所有球員混在一起選，這才是新的制度表示的意涵」

Curry and James’ first four picks have to come from the pool of eight other
starters (Durant, Antetokounmpo, Joel Embiid, Kyrie Irving, DeMar DeRozan,
James Harden, Anthony Davis, DeMarcus Cousins). After that, they can pick
from the reserves that will be announced next Tuesday, Jan. 23, on TNT at 7
p.m. ET.

兩邊的隊長首四票必須分別從票選出來的八位先發裡選出來，(KD、字母哥、鉛筆、KI、
DDR、哈登、AD、表弟)，之後再從其他名單裡選出剩下的明星賽名額，名單將會在美東
時間1月23號公布。
