Phoenix Suns guard Devin Booker may have hit the game-winner on Monday
against the Dallas Mavericks, but it was veteran guard Chris Paul who’s the
true mastermind behind the play.
太陽後衛Devin Booker在今日面對小牛的時候投進了致勝球，但是老將Chris Paul才是整
個戰術的幕後主導。
After the game, Paul admitted that the play they ran for Booker on Monday was
the same play they used to run for JJ Redick during their days with the Los
Angeles Clippers.
在賽後訪問時，CP3承認今天晚上做給Booker的戰術跟他以前在快艇時做給JJ Redick的戰
術是一樣的。

used to run for J.J. Redick while they were together with Clippers.
Monty Williams said Paul came up with the play to run at the end."
「CP3說今天他們幫Devin Booker跑的戰術是以前當他跟河流以及JJ Redick一起在快艇
時，河流習慣幫Redick跑的戰術。太陽教練Monty Williams說CP3提出了這個戰術，然後執

Suns head coach Monty Williams supported Paul’s claims. Williams was already
familiar with the play, but he gave CP3 the reins since the guard knew the
play’s “timing” very well.
太陽教練Monty Williams證實了CP3的說法。Williams對這個戰術已經很熟悉，但是他讓
CP3去發揮，因為CP3非常了解這戰術的時機。
“I wish I was bright enough to say I came up with that play, but I’ve seen
somebody else run it and it’s a play Chris has run before. He knew the
timing on it,” the Suns coach explained, per Duane Rankin of AZ Central.
「我希望我聰明到可以說是我提出這個戰術的，但是我以前看過，而且CP3以前也跑過這個
戰術。他知道時間點在哪，」太陽總教練說到。
Below is the play from multiple angles, and notice how Chris Paul patiently
waited for the play to develop. Although Josh Richardson was right in Booker’
s grill, the Suns guard caught the ball in rhythm.
