The England defender never had a problem with the Norwich attack as he showed
impressive reading of the game. Brilliant last-ditch challenge to deny

Lead the defence well but was lucky not to give away a penalty for a foul on
Olsson
Along with Cole, very fortunate not to concede a penalty and receive a red
card for wiping out Olsson in the box early on. As usual, strong command of
the defence and dominant in the air.

attacking outlet
Fortunate to get away with early foul on Olsson in the box. Otherwise another
assured display from the left-back.

Kept his passing neat and tidy but lacked any real spark or creativity before

Chelsea's most impressive player from the first whistle as he displayed good
defensive awareness and progressive passing to find team-mates in dangerous

Started on the right side of Chelsea's attack but had virtually no
involvement of note and was substituted at the break.

The Brazilian was always looking to get on the ball in between the lines and
turn towards the Norwich goal. Played with confidence but played it rather

hitting the upright
Drifted in and out of the game but always carried a threat in behind the
Norwich defence with his speed and timing. Hit the post in the first-half

Was often left isolated and didn't get much change out of the Norwich defence
A poor display from last weekend's hero. Hardly won anything against the
Norwich centre-backs and movement was very sluggish.

Showed his class after coming on from the bench, should have arguably started
the game
Dropped to the bench after his war of words with Mourinho this week but
replaced Salah at half-time. Chelsea's most dangerous player with his skill
and dribbling ability. Could have won a penalty in challenge with Ryan
Bennett and forced Ruddy into a sharp save after a mazy run.

Brought some tempo to Chelsea's passing and hit the crossbar with a decent
strike
Came on for Lampard at half-time and used the ball well in front of the back
four. Smashed a powerful strike against the crossbar from the edge of the box
in the second half.

Was well marshalled by the visiting defence, still looks woefully short of
confidence
Came on for Matic 17 minutes from time. Miss kicked one chance over the bar
