Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner has rejected rumours that he might be forced
to retire because of injury.
Arsenal 射手 Nicklas Bendtner 否定傳聞指出自己會因傷被迫退休。
Bendtner has yet to feature this season for the Gunners because of a
long-standing groin problem and some speculation had suggested the Dane could
be forced to hang up his boots.
Bendtner 自賽季開始，仍未替 Arsenal 上場踢球，因為長期以來的腹股溝傷病，且一些
媒體猜測這名丹麥籍球員可能被迫高掛球靴(退休)。
Denmark international Bendtner is shocked by the false reports and is hopeful
of making a return to action in the near future, even though he refused to
set himself a target for when he could resume playing.
丹麥籍國家隊員 Bendtner 對這報導感到氣憤，並全心專注在近期的歸隊行動，即使他不
願指出確切的復出日期。
"It's crazy to hear such stories, I can completely dismiss it." Bendtner told
Sporten.dk.

"I have been worried during the injury spell, but there has never been
mentioned that it could stop my career.
『我確實擔心著傷病的魔咒，但從未有提及這可能終止我的足球職涯。』

"I can't understand where this rumour comes from. It's nasty and quite
shocking."

Bendtner added: "I am looking forward now and there is a lot to look forward
to.
Bendtner 補充說：『我正在期待著(歸隊)，有太多值得我去期待的。』
"I am expecting to be fit for a comeback within a not too distant future, but
I have not set a date.
『我預計，在不久的將來返回球隊，只是還沒確定日期。』
"Arsenal and I have worked out a timetable which I am following, but we are
keeping the details to ourselves."
