Justine and NFL football player Bret Favre (Green Bay Packers) were voted by
American and worldwide fans online as the 2007 USSA Male and Female Athletes
of the Year. The worldwide online vote was presented by North American major
daily national newspaper - the USA TODAY and communications giant MSNBC. The
poll attracted nearly half a million voters from around the globe. It's the
first time Justine has won this very popular American sports award. Venus
Williams took second in the women's voting just ahead of American swimmer
Natalie Coughlin who took third place. Golf star Tiger Woods finished in
second in the men's voting while New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady
finished in third-place. Allez Justine!
