Andre pulls out of AMS Madrid - 網球

Just had news in that Andre is NOT INJURED! He is just reducing his Autumn
Schedule. He has decided to go to Paris as it has been a long time since he
played there in 2002, losing in QF to Moya. A good result there will qualify
him for Shanghai. My sources say he is very excited about these final two
tournaments of the year.

Organisers at the Madrid Masters starting Monday confirmed that the top seed
would not take part. Federer joins Andre Agassi (reducing his autumn
schedule) and Marat Safin healing a knee problem) in missing the prestige
indoor tournament.

Andre退出馬德里名人賽,
是考量已經連兩年沒有在巴黎出賽(在巴黎室內賽也是他熱愛的場地之一)
所以決心將室內賽季重心放在巴黎賽事上,
希望他順利進入上海年終八強.
