26歲學游泳~~~暑假快到了 - 游泳討論

我是一個上班族 69年次的女生
我想學游泳 之前有考慮過家裡附近一對一教學
不知道為什麼跟小朋友一起學就覺得怪
因為我比較瘦弱 其實很害怕學游泳
可是爸爸一直跟我說 你要去學一個運動 這樣身體才會好
所以開始計畫學游泳 不知道大家有沒有建議我去的地方
我住在台北縣樹林 靠近新莊 南新莊 樹林等地方都可以
另外 我有高度近視 印象中 小時候去游泳池
都很害怕 因為我都看不太到東西 不知道要怎麼克服
過去學游泳的經驗 都是很怕冷 十五分鐘就不行
就會想離開泳池 也不知道該如何是好
