There were three errors made during the UCL draw:

‧ Man Utd placed in the same pot as Villarreal despite being in same group.
‧ Liverpool included in the pot of Atletico [also in same group].
‧ Man Utd absent from the pot with Atletico Madrid.

UEFA declares Champions League draw void and reschedules

UEFA has issued the following statement regarding this morning's draw for
the round of 16 of the Champions League.

The statement reads:


'Following a technical problem with the software of an external service
provider that instructs the officials as to which teams are eligible to play
each other, a material error occurred in the draw for the UEFA Champions
League Round of 16.


As a result of this, the draw has been declared void and will be entirely
redone at 15.00 CET today, Monday 13 December 2021. The draw will be
streamed live on uefa.com. We apologise for the inconvenience this may
have caused.'


The new draw will be at 2pm UK time. In the original draw Chelsea were
paired with French club Lille.

週一在瑞士尼翁舉行的抽籤中，切爾西和里爾將在歐冠16強比賽中相遇。

明年將與藍軍里爾進行兩場比賽，第一場比賽將於二月在斯坦福橋舉行，而另一
場比賽將於三月在法國北部舉行。


週一上午進行了抽籤儀式，當時切爾西抽中了里爾，但由於技術問題，歐足聯宣
佈抽籤無效，要求在今天下午晚些時候重新進行抽籤。


切爾西在H組中排名第二，落後於尤文圖斯。法甲冠軍里爾在包括薩爾茨堡紅牛、
塞維利亞和沃爾夫斯堡的小組賽中排名第一，挺進了歐冠16強。他們取得了3勝2平，
在小組賽中輸掉了一場，目前在國內聯賽中排名第11位。


切爾西和里爾之前已經有兩次交手，都是在2019/20歐冠小組賽階段。藍軍2-1贏
下了兩場比賽，亞伯拉罕和威廉在法國的客場比賽進球，亞伯拉罕再次在主場進球，
阿斯皮利奎塔也在斯坦福橋完成了進球。

與前幾個賽季規則不同，客場進球規則被廢除，不再在歐冠兩回合淘汰賽生效。
如果兩回合總比分在常規時間180分鐘後持平，則將通過加時賽決定比賽結果，無論
雙方在主場和客場的進球數如何，如果有必要，將進行點球大戰。
