又到了每年提出修改規則的時間啦，今年的提議如下：
1. Use of double panel of General Effect judges
冠軍週時GEM跟GEV的裁判各變成兩員，取平均數
由Cadets提出
2. Age requirements (for 2009 implementation)
將現行的age out年齡改為22歲；
Ex: 以2008年為例，現制為生日在1986/5/31以前(含)者均不能再參加，
1986/6/1~1987/5/31者為age out
(當然如果是1987/6~8月出生者不想走bonus year亦可退休)
提議的制度為生日在1987/12/31以前(含)者均不能再參加

可在場上使用水(現行規則是不能在場上使用水)

4. Show timing (for 2009 implementation)
調整表演時間限制為10:00~12:30(現行10:00~11:30)

5. Amplification for brass instruments (for 2009 implementation)
可將銅管擴音
6. Use of electronic instruments (for 2009 implementation)
電子樂器的使用

7. Elimination of Percussion 2 judge
省去MP2(前排)裁判

8. Sound board operators (for 2009 implementation)
由團員操縱反響板(現制是由非團員操縱)

9. Use of narration in a corps' program (for 2009 implementation)
停止用麥克風擴大人聲

10. Use of electronic amplication in a corps' program (for 2009 implementation)
停用所有放大器
