月7日或8日進行，取決於比賽地點是在德國還是里斯本。


與英超聯賽和足總盃一樣，球隊每場比賽將可以使用五個換人名額。這些改變只
能在比賽中進行三次暫停，不包括正常時間結束和加時賽之間的中場休息，或加時賽
中的中場休息。在加時賽中允許增加一個換人。可供選擇的球員數量也有所增加，替
補球員的數量從7人增加到12人。

Bayern Munich second leg venue confirmed

The second leg of our Champions League round of 16 tie against Bayern
Munich will take place in Germany, UEFA have confirmed.

The Allianz Arena in Munich will be the venue, with UEFA's statement today
confirming they 'will continue to monitor the situation and reserve the
right to reassign any such matches to the venues of the final tournament
of the relevant competition should new events occur that would make it
impossible to play one or more matches at the original venues.'


The game will take place behind closed doors.


Bayern won the first leg at Stamford Bridge in February 3-0, with the
second leg the following month postponed as a result of the COVID-19
pandemic and the suspension of football.


The Bundesliga was the first major European league to resume, with Bayern
winning the title by 13 points. On Saturday they beat Bayer Leverkusen 4-2
in the German Cup final. It will be their first competitive game since
then, and our first at the Allianz Arena since we won the Champions League
in 2012.


Once the remaining round of 16 ties are concluded, the rest of the
competition will be played out as a final eight straight knockout
tournament over an 11-day period in Lisbon from 12 to 23 August.
Quarter-finals and semi-finals will be played as single-leg ties. These
format and rule changes apply only to the remainder of the 2019/20
campaign.


The draws for the remaining rounds will take place in Nyon, Switzerland
tomorrow, Friday 10 July, from 11am UK time. The UEFA executive committee
previously announced that the 2020/21 Champions League group stage would
begin on 20 October.


As in the Premier League and FA Cup, teams will now be permitted to make
up to five substitutions in a game. These changes must be made at only
three breaks in play, not including half-time, between the end of normal
time and extra-time, or half-time in extra-time. One additional
substitution is permitted in extra-time.


The number of players available to be introduced has also been increased,
with the number of substitutes increased from seven to 12.
