100公尺200公尺訓練法? - 田徑 Track and field

本人在大二的暑假幾乎一個禮拜有三到四天都在操場跑步。
當時是慢跑10圈之後休息一下就開始

100x3
(每趟休息的時間還順便拉單槓10下,雙槓20下,當時體力真的超好,而且早上10點之後
太陽都熱到快30度。)
跑完之後就在樹蔭處做腹肌訓練五分鐘還有伏地挺身100下
隔天沒有練的時候也會在家靠牆深蹲分段練,總共撐10分鐘
暑假找一天叫朋友幫我測,當時天氣很熱我還是跑到12.65,算我有生以來測過最快的一
次,那時候太高興導致整個暑假都沒有測200公尺和其他立定跳遠,就一直訓練也不測個
好看的數字留作紀念。
導致現在大四了突然想回到當時的速度根本不可能(剛剛測完13.80)整整慢了一秒,大
腿內側還拉傷==
想請教版上大神,如果在課很多的情況下還是想鍛鍊短跑該怎麼辦,有什麼速成但很累的
方法?跑上坡是好法子嗎?有想過(每天幾乎下午四點才沒課,有空也只剩假日)
希望可以給個菜單之類的讓我可以有效率的訓練,真心希望可以回到當初的速度,其實當
時也亂跑不知道那樣的菜單有效還沒效,不過確實有進步(本人不是田徑隊的,所以看到
12.65很傷眼的就抱歉)
