Willian's superb strike in our 4-0 win at Brighton has been voted as the
Premier League Goal of the Month for January.

The Brazilian scored our second goal on the day, finishing brilliantly at
the end of a wonderful team move which had included back-heels from both
Eden Hazard and Michy Batshuayi.


Willian said: 'I'm very happy to win this award. For sure, it is one of
the best goals that I've scored in my career. It was a special goal, it
was a good moment, it was good quality by the team.


'I remember when I got the ball, I ran. Then I saw Hazard in front, and
Batshuayi. I passed to Hazard, and then he passed to back to Michy, and
then we played between us and I scored the goal.


'I hope to score more goals like this one, but the most important thing is
to get a trophy.'
