不可以. Is there已經是有沒有的意思. 加have不單重復意思,文法也不對.

in the east 是正統的用法. from the east 也有人用,不能說是錯.

did play 是對的, 也很常用. 主要是加強語氣.
I played basketball yesterday. 我昨天打了籃球.
I did played basketball yesterday. 我昨天真的打了籃球.

上面的句子為什麼要用does have而不是has?
可以是 He has the patience to listen to long talks.
does後面不可以用has. 所有的does, do, did 後面的動詞都要用原來的動態.
例:
He does need the money to pay off the loan.
I do need the money to pay off the loan.
She does need the money to pay off the loan.
You do need the money to pay off the loan.
They do need the money to pay off the loan.

A : 不行，雖然have在中文有 '有' 的意思，但是在英文的用法裡面，沒有Is there have any post office here? 這樣子的用法，是錯誤的。

1. 不行如果加了have文法根本不合等於是中式英語
2.不行 from的用法是從 ... 到 ... 不合
3.如果要用助動詞did的話這裡不行只有一個可能就是把did改成didn't
因為did 和 play 都有肯定的意思兩者放在一起文法不合
I played basketball yesterday就可以了
其他例子 : I have played basketball. (完成式)
4.直接用has是最簡單的方法

不行 is there ( there is )已經包含have( 有) 的意思了，兩者不可連用
