Charlotte to host 2019 NBA All-Star Game

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Good news for the Queen City. Charlotte will be hosting
the 2019 All-Star Game.

The announcement comes after North Carolina repealed and replaced House Bill
II which was widely seen as an anti-LGBT law. It led to multiple boycotts and
economic losses for the Tar Heel State, including the NBA's 2017 All-Star
Game which was moved from the Queen City to New Orleans.

NBA聯盟官方今天宣布2019年NBA全明星賽將交由夏洛特來主辦

比賽場館確定為黃蜂隊主場 Spectrum Center，下一季將辦在洛杉磯 Staples Center


原本今年球季明星賽預定就是要在夏洛特舉行

不過，由於北卡羅萊納州議會去年通過HB2法案(House Bill II)

規定必須依據生理性別使用公共場所的更衣室與廁所，也被外界視為歧視同性戀的法案


不僅導致明星賽的主辦權從夏洛特手上移交到紐澳良

甚至還造成了北卡州在經濟上的損失

至於這一項備受爭議的廁所法案則是已經在今年三月底被成功廢除
