最近要過年了,二月底時有真的很重要的活動我自我設定是瘦6~8公斤左右,要健康的方法據我所知在飯前喝水500cc左右有幫助,但另外像飲食方面和做什麼運動比較有用呢像瘦手臂、腰圍..等
