我10km想要跑近一小時以內阿 T^T - 路跑 Road Running

慢跑河濱到現在接近 三個月
平常心跳用量血壓的機器量大約55~57 bpm
跑步都會帶手機, 因為有runkeeper 會告訴我配速跟時間
目前最好的成績是
10.5km in 1:05:00
配速大概是 前五分鐘easy run 暖身
暖身時讓心跳緩慢上升至 110~120 bpm
這時候的配速大約 7:30~8:00 min / km
之後會將速度提升至 7:00min/km
心跳約上升至 140~150 bpm
5.2km 折返後心跳大約會落在 157 bpm 左右
最後3km 開始加速 , 約5:30~6:00min/km
但是心跳就會到 170~180 bpm
最後300m如果還有力氣會衝刺
心跳最高看過 188bpm 有一種心臟會從嘴巴噴出來的感覺
結束時間大多在 1:05:00~1:08:00裡面
想要壓縮在 1hr裡面...是我的夢想 T^T
請問應該加入什麼有效的訓練呢
測速度每星期一次
之後是兩次 easy run
每星期約跑 3~4次
在想要不要加入間歇訓練
因為每次心跳上去之後,就算跑在慢都下不來...
