四個月夠不夠練半馬? - 路跑 Road Running

因為想給自己一個目標,剛好明年一月在離家不遠的地方有半馬
所以正在考慮報名,但又怕不自量力
之前的運動主要是爬山和騎腳踏車/飛輪
約三個禮拜前才開始跑,一開始只能跑400-800就不行了
目前最多只連續跑過3000,時間是20分鐘
沒有衝刺,全程速度盡量穩定(用心跳表來配速)
跑完的時候感覺上,心肺還行,腳有點酸,若繼續跑應該可以跑到5000
但是因為膝蓋有舊傷,還是保守一點循序漸進
請問如果再練四個月,有機會參加半馬嗎?
我週間應該可以每天挪出1-2小時來練習,週末可以挪一整天或兩個半天
目標只是想完賽(限時三小時半),時間和名次都不放在心上
