雖然書買了,不過只是先稍微翻一下,還沒細讀!
今天在跑步機上第一次試跑,比想像中要容易!
似乎很快就能適應了!
跑起來也真的比較輕鬆,覺得整條腿的關節包括骨盆都完好如初
不過腳掌前端外緣著地,讓雙腿有點外八加O型腿!
像是棕熊握著拳頭走路的樣子!
在還沒有完全習慣之前,會覺得身體稍向前傾有點不穩
而且下腳時也還有點僵硬,身體比較容易左右搖晃
現在小腿的確有點緊,
感覺跟游完泳有些類似,不過游泳時是大腿也會痠,
用姿勢跑法卻是只有小腿痠,身體其他部位都是輕鬆愜意!
PS.我只跑了3公里.....
長期以來,不管是跑步還是走路,我都是以腳跟著地的
所以平常出門,厚底慢跑鞋是必需裝備
如果現在能習慣姿勢跑法,因為腳跟幾乎不著地,
跑步時就穿薄底的輕便鞋款就行了吧
不過,有辦法把姿勢跑法也應用到平常的步行和站姿嗎?
用這種方式走路會不會像是在練格鬥技!?
